Service Description

Audioscribe is an AI-powered service that converts spoken language in audio files to written text. We offer various transcription services, including but not limited to automated transcription, human-reviewed transcription, and translation services.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Service is based on a credit system. You will need to purchase credit packs, which are available within the application, to utilize these features. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your selected credit pack(s).

All payments for credit packs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms or required by applicable law. Unused credits may have an expiration date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Audioscribe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material
• Use the Service to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the Service for any purpose that infringes upon the rights of others

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
